Dr. Klinkert is a Doctor of Engineering and Registered Professional Engineer, whose work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, mathematical optimization, and enterprise architecture. His doctoral research at Southern Methodist University focused on interval flow network optimization applied to telecommunications infrastructure.
He has advised enterprise clients on AI strategy, infrastructure, and responsible deployment, and has designed and launched certificate programs in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Through his research and writing, he develops frameworks that connect AI prediction to constrained, executable decisions — the gap that most AI deployments fail to close.
